Kirdin electric motorcycle is already released in India Two Wheeler market. Kirdin the Indian made electric motorcycle comes with a 5.5kW hub mounted electric motor that gets power from a 3kWh lithium-ion battery. The electric motorbike can get a torque output of over 160Nm. It can accelerate from 0-60Km/h in just eight seconds. In the mean time it got a top speed of 95km/h.
The motorcycle is provided with two riding modes. The first one is Eco and the other is Normal mode. In Eco mode, you can get 110 kilometers, while on Normal mode it used to do 80 kilometers. Its charging time is between 4 and 5 hours for full charge. Hydraulic telescopic fork is fitted at the front and twin-shock absorber setup is provided at the rear for suspension purpose. For the Braking 240mm disc brake is available at the front. 220mm disc is provided in the rear along with a combine breaking system.
The headlamp is fitted with halogen and the tail lamps too are halogen. Full digital instrument console with (DRLs) Daytime Running Lights along with a mobile phone holder.For the onboard navigation optional connectivity is provided to the customer by the Kirdin company.
Current model Kirdin is price at INR 1.25 lakh
Future standard model Kirdin – R is expected to be sold at INR 1 Lakh.
